How Skeptical Science is set up
The Skeptic Arguments are meant to be the definitive, "encyclopedic" section of the website. So if you're pointing someone to Skeptical Science, it's recommended you point them to the relevant skeptic argument.
Blog Posts are in most cases documenting updates to the Skeptic Arguments. So when a new research is published, I do a blog post about it. I then update the relevant skeptic argument with the new info. In those cases, I sometimes link back to the blog post with a 'More info on...' link.
